Work Orders Tab Added to Customer Details Page
A new Work Orders tab has been added to the Customer Details page, making it easier to view a customer's Work Order history without leaving their profile. You can now review Work Order details directly from the customer record and open individual Work Orders by clicking the Work Order ID for quick access.

Product Type Filter for Products Page
We have added a new Product Type filter to the main Products list page, making it easier to find and manage products by type. This is especially useful when enabling JM® Care Plans — you can filter to see all products missing a required Product Type and bulk assign it from there.

 

Fixed

Archived Shopify Products Syncing Into Jewel360 During Product Import
We fixed an issue where archived Shopify products were being imported into Jewel360 during a product sync. Only active Shopify products are now imported.

Large Inventory Transfer Processing Indefinitely
We have fixed an issue where large Inventory Transfers could appear stuck in a loading state during send or receive operations, even after processing had completed successfully. Transfer status updates now display correctly, providing clearer feedback and reducing unnecessary retries or delays.

BOGO Coupon Not Working on Website
We resolved an issue where BOGO Coupons were being incorrectly marked as ineligible during web checkout. Coupon item matching logic now correctly identifies eligible items during online checkout.

Consignment Contract Using Incorrect Pricing
We've fixed an issue where items with Condition-based pricing always used the New item price on Consignment contracts. Pricing now updates correctly when the item Condition is changed.

Invoice Form Style Terms Display Issue
We've resolved an issue where Invoice receipts continued to display Terms even when the Terms option was disabled in the Form Style settings. Invoice printing now correctly follows your configured display preferences.

Voided Consignment Locking Serialized Inventory
We corrected an issue where serialized inventory items linked to a voided Consignment contract could not be removed from inventory. Items associated with voided Consignments are now properly released, allowing the serialized inventory record to be deleted when appropriate.
