The Jeweler’s Circle is a tiered referral program that rewards you for what you're probably already doing; sharing Jewel360 with other jewelry store owners. Take a look at what becoming part of the Jewelers Circle can do for you!

How It Works

The Jewelers Circle is much more than just a cash reward referral program. With each referral, you'll build toward bigger and better rewards and perks, including having your store featured by Jewel360 and free travel and accommodations for future JCK events. 

To start, just log into the Jewelers Circle Portal using the email you use for Jewel360. You'll receive an email confirming your login and walking you through your next steps. In the Portal, view your unique, shareable referral link, as well as track your referrals and rewards. Every time someone fills out your referral form, you'll be notified by email. You can use the portal's resources to learn strategies for getting referrals from peers, friends, and jewelry communities, and they can either click your link or you can submit them directly as referrals within the portal.

Once a referral comes in you'll be notified by email, and our team will do the heavy lifting from there. We'll reach out, handle all of their questions, and get them set up with Jewel360 whenever they're ready. As soon as your referral becomes a Jewel360 customer, your reward notification will be sent via email. You can view details about your tier and the privileges it delivers and you'll be able to get the reward right away. Use the portal to keep track as your tier levels up and leverage our resources to grow your network of referrals.

Reward Tiers

Silver Tier

With your first referral, you'll be part of the Silver tier, earning $500 cash, an official Jewel360 Silver Partner digital badge you can showcase on your website, early access to Jewel360 features as they become available, and resources to help you grow your referrals. For your second successful referral you'll receive a $500 cash reward.

Gold Tier

After your third referral becomes a Jewel360 client, you'll receive a VIP Gift Box with an assortment of gifts totaling over $1,000 value*, a Jewel360 Gold Partner badge in digital format for your website as well as a physical plaque you can showcase in your store. We'll also publicly feature you on the Jewel360 website, showcasing your store and your Gold Partner status. For your fourth successful referral your reward will be $750 cash.

* If you prefer, you can receive $750 cash instead of the VIP Gift Box.

Diamond Tier

Your fifth successful referral will get you to our Diamond tier, and the rewards at this level are outstanding. We'll do a professional video shoot on-site at your store, letting you deliver your story and spotlighting your company and your offerings. Our professionals will create marketing assets you can use as needed and we'll generate more awareness about your company by featuring you across our different channels. You'll also get a VIP Travel Package (a $3,000 value*) to a future JCK including your flight and hotel accommodations, as well as a seat of honor at our exclusive Advocates Dinner. You'll receive the Jewel360 Diamond Partner digital badge you can feature on your website, and a badge for your store. For your sixth successful referral and every one thereafter your reward will be $1,000 cash.

The Jewelers Circle Portal

As a member and valued client of Jewel360, you have access to the Jewelers Circle Portal. Here is what you'll find:

1. Referral Link and Submission – You can click the button to Copy the link if you're sending it to your contact, or you can click the button to Submit a Referral yourself just by entering contact information. 

2. Rewards – Your Rewards page (shown above) will detail your tier, how far you have to go to get to the next level, your Referral names and dates, the Rewards you've earned, and any Pending Rewards you have yet to receive (more info below).

3. Referral Tracking – Your Referral Tracking page will list your Successful Referral names and dates, your Referrals in Progress, the date you referred them, and the Status of each in-progress referral. Statuses include Contacted (our team has reached out and we're working on starting communication), Opportunity (connected with them and actively working with them), Deal Pending (they purchased Jewel360 and are getting set up), Reward Sent (they are up and running and you can claim your reward!), and Deal Unsuccessful (they decided not to move forward and so they won't generate a reward for you).

4. Resources – You'll have access to our Advocate Guide with networking strategies and techniques for connecting your referrals successfully. We also have a Social Sharing Guide to teach your how to generate referrals on LinkedIn and Facebook. You'll also have our full support with FAQ’s and knowledge articles and more on the way!

5. Pending Rewards – When you've earned a reward, this area will let you click a link to redeem the reward as soon as you're ready!
